I think both teams have a good balance to them. Without spending ages repeating what others have said, then I think both teams are more than capable of winning.

Consequently it will be who scores first!

If it stays in ordinary time then a single goal.

I've not a clue as to your history and rivalry with Charlton but who cares? You sound as bad as most of the fans on here are about Leeds. I don't give them a second thought unless we are playing them. Infact I like them to win if we aren't in the same division as I like Yorkshire to be successful... I eagerly await the barrage of poops now ha ha

2-0. 3-1 maybe, a solid win for City, can't see it any other way and I am not nervous at all, being confident is not the same as thinking it will be easy.

Some are building up Millwall too much, they spent the entire season below us and lost nearly twice as many games, staggering over the line and with Oxford spanking them 0-3 in their last game at The Den

    We are the better team

But it's not about 'building up Millwall' as opposed to knowing what WE are like. We didn't draw 20 games by being 'solid'.

We are never at our best when we are bullied and the strength of Millwall will be key. I can't see Wyke having much impact at all. We rarely score more than 1 a game and I genuinely can't see them not scoring.

In fact, I can't see further than a 1-1 draw

But we still only won 20 games, which is actually the same as Millwall (and Southend and Oxford). And how many wins did we have against the top6 sides?

We've played them twice already and you couldn't separate us with a fag paper. So why you think we will have a solid win bemuses me.

Just as your negativity bemuses me.

We had more points, lost nearly half as many games & had a far superior goal difference. None of these things points to Millwall being the better team. So much focus on their attack, and their top 2 are good, yet they scored a massive 4 more goals than our ever changing shot shy one? Not much in there then, but our defence is far superior.

There is a reason we have been in front of them the whole season.

Woooah there with your misquoting..! Where have I said Millwall being the better team? Go on, quote me.

But you do know they netted 36 goals between them this season? Personally, I don't think there's much between the 2, hence why I have suggested it will end in a draw

I wasn't aware of Millwall "bullying" us at anytime during our two matches.

I would suggest we did draw 20 games by being solid, you could pretty much argue we haven't been clinical.

We have a good record in our last 10 games, apart from the Sheffield mauling and the farce where we battered Scunny and still lost we have conceded hardly any goals.

Our results and goals scored home and away are pretty solid and consistent. Compare them to Millwall who have much more erratic results especially away from home.

Clearly there is not a lot between the two teams as our head to head shows, but we have been playoff positions all season without a dramatic climb like Fleetwood or a dour decline in position like Scunthorpe.

For me I really think we have the beating of them I expect a game like the two versus Fleetwood where we dominated. The main difference is we all know that they have a pair up top that aren't toothless.... but we are solid and if we take our chances we will win.

Despite our higher league position and our generally solid form all season, I can't help but feel worried. Millwall's attack scare me and despite my best efforts, I'm not confident. Maybe it's all the years of supporting city.

God I hope city prove me wrong.

If you can see there is not a lot between them and acknowledge their strike pairing are very good, what makes you think we will edge it?

And there lies the problem; we haven't "taken our chances" all season, so why would we in the PO final?

We have taken chances, we have kept clean sheets we have controller games and won a lot of matches. Yes we have drawn lots as well, but we haven't lost many. I get why people are nervous and it's a game of football so either team can always win, but we have been good all season.

I suggest you quote all my post as it had detail in it rather than select odd bits.

Come on we all want City to win so let's go with a positive mindset... have some belief this team deserves that based on a really good season.

Fleetwood went 18 games unbeaten...didn't bother us in the play offs.

That's the score and scorers my 4 year old is predicting but he reckons McMahons goal will be a 25 yard free kick.
