This thread should be added to the arcade ---
Chose your manager and how you would structure the financial side of employing him and of your manager financing his squad -- new players-- wages --- income for the company etc, etc, ---
The winner would be the one who gets city too the prem without going bust--
'Come on then everyone wanting Todd out. You name all the things Todd's doing wrong and say what he should be doing, how about naming someone you think could do better?
Any more (sensible) suggestions?'
This is what somebody comes up with everytime we think of replacing a manager. Somebody will always say:
'List all the things Jim Jefferies
Has done wrong and who would replace them, lets be honest we could not get anyone better could we?'
There is ALWAYS better managers to choose from.......whenever a football league managerial job becomes free there is always dozens of applicants WITHOUT FAIL.
There are a few up and coming managers in league 2 that would bite our hands off if we offered them deals.
It isnt about appointing experienced managers anymore....its about appointing up and coming managers with new fresh ideas and plenty of ambition and enthusiasm. Todd is an old school manager with very little ambition who will not change his ideas of how football should be played no matter what the performances on the pitch.
