Has started for Northampton v MK Dons. Cobblers are 2-0 up already (20 mins in). Anderson just put a lovely ball across the face of goal. MK Dons seem to be going long ball??

3-0 now, MK Dons look very low on confidence.

Anderson seems to be trying to get in and around the box a lot.

I don't think he'll go anywhere. I remember when he signed he said "I still think I'm a Championship player, if not higher". Sounded a bit big headed to me. I don't think he's as good as he thinks he is.

Bad news for him, and Northampton. 4-0 down inside half an hour at Bristol Rovers, 2 subs on 28 minutes and Anderson stretchered off at half time with another suspected broken leg :(

It's not a 7" gash but it's still a nasty looking wound needing 7 or 8 stitches at the back of the knee. He's just posted a pic of it on Twitter if that's you're thing but it's probably not for the squeamish so I won't share it, if you want to look go and find it yourself (I assumed he'd had an operation when I saw it.)

Should have kept him etc etc
Jees, when you think back to the [email protected] people were having over signing this guy who I'd never heard of. He was going to tear up L1, several Championship clubs wanted him, Ipswich fans gutted he'd been released etc etc.

I just saw yet another player working his way down the leagues.

I honestly thought he'd be a great signing for us. Maybe it was down to the early injury or maybe he just wasn't as good as I believed but he's definitely one that went down in the "disappointing" category.

Definitely his injury, a serious one too. Shame really, as I too thought he was a great signing.

I rated him highly too. he was just getting going when the bad injury hit. massive shame as I do believe he would have been brilliant for us in this division.

Never took to him (granted he barely played any games). Always seems to drift inside when playing on the wing and left us without any width on that side. The game used to pass him by once he floated inside.

I think that's very harsh. Let's be honest a leg break and it was quite a serious one, can change everything - particularly when you've just joined a club. Then of course he has to convince another new manager

I still think he is easily of L1 quality - he just need a lucky break for a change. But if I was Mark Robbins, I'd be trying to get him for L2
