    Saw flashes in him, particularly before his injury. Seemed to have a good work rate. Can't say I saw masses of ability, but he wasn't bad.

    It was Phil Parkinson who brought him to the club so at one time he must have been a Phil Parkinson type of player just as Mark Marshall was, but his leg break was certainly a bad injury as he was looking to get a bit of form if I remember correctly ?.
