My subscription expires in a few months. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with there being no pre or post match commentary for Bradford City. The Club AND the Broadcaster have been in touch as have customers and we are all being ignored.

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the service but the content is all decided by the club not by Ifollow

Is this true? That's contrary to what BBC Radio Leeds said.

    Hi,
I contacted IFollow support regarding pre and post match coverage.
Here is a transcript of what was said. Can you shed any light on it?

That is contrary to what I have been told by the host broadcaster
    Me

unfortunately it is not so. We do not control the content that is being aired
    Amal

Here is a direct quote from the host broadcasters.
"Both us and club have asked ifollow to keep the post match coverage going but seems to be being ignored. Happening with all clubs.”
Someone is not telling the truth.
    Me

To the best of my knowledge, the content is not controlled by iFollow. You can contact the club directly in that regards
    Amal

OK I will verify the facts. Thank you

This is crap. One of the best bits about Bantams Player was being able to hear the pre and post match discussion, manager interview etc when away from West Yorkshire. Particularly good to hear when driving home from an away win.
My Bantams Player subscription has just expired so I'm not getting iFollow services now. I'm feeling like it needs to be much better to tempt me to renew.

The player/manager interview is available on the pulse website very quickly after the match.

Ifollow upload the interview the same day as the game.

Honestly people just love to moan. You can watch/listen to the game live. You go watch/listen to the interviews within a couple of hours. I really don't see the big issue.

As has been said already, fans like to listen to the post-match summaries and interviews in the car after games. They don't want to be listening to it a few hours later.

Some of you just like to moan at those you perceive to be moaners :D

It brought it to a head to me last night when it switched to hearing about those women's wee things from beeston at half time and again at full time.

You can listen to pre & post match on BBC radio Leeds or the Pulse 2 using their apps or websites, they only switch off the streams during the game. Slight pain switching app or website but it isn't a huge effort.

I have renewed but find the post match treatment of listeners to be shameful. The interview with SM post match v Bristol Rovers was chopped just as SM was about to speak. Last night was just after the final whistle from memory.

I would be more than happy for this to be forwarded to the club as I don't have Mr Masons email address

This has to stop or they will lose subscribers in droves!

It's NOT a moan when one pays for a service and it cuts off before the transmission is supposed to.

Same as your fecking electricity supply, would you moan when the telly went off. You bet you bloody would!

Congratulations, stupid post of the week

I also subscribe, I think they have removed the ban on listening to post match content on the internet, so I just turned on the pulse web radio and listened to it there.

Thanks yes I know and that's what I do , but that's not the point. We pay for a subscription service, game and post game as per last season . That's not what they are doing.

Not true. I was on my jollies when we played Gills and I listened to the full game on my phone whilst laying on a sun lounger

You pay for the game not the interviews. To use your electricity analogy, it's like complaining to the electricity company that they aren't supplying water to your home as well as electricity.

As has been said above, just go on the pulse or radio Leeds website and you can listen to the interviews live. Or wait a few hours and listen on the IFollow app once they're uploaded. Is that too hard?

I get that - I just don't personally see it as a huge inconvenience, but can understand your point of view. The restricted content (by FA rules) is the game commentary rather than the build up so it's arguable either way really whether that's what we pay for.

Your analogy is ridiculous. why would I contact the electricity company for not supplying me with water. I'd contact the water company. Unless you suggest I try BT.

To suggest I wait a few hours is even more stupid

They supplied post match comment and interviews for the last two seasons, since my original subscription, so why have they all of a sudden ceased this facility, without advising subscribers

Anyway the lights have just gone out and am in a phone queue with Thames Water
