Staines Town winger Darren Campbell is on trial at the club for tommorows reserve clash with Huddersfield Town....the 19 year old was released by Reading recently and has been playing for Ryman premier league side Staines (3 leagues below the conference national).

Lets give Gary Brook a ring and see if we can get some of Park Avenues players on trial.

Reading loaned him out to Tamworth and in both the games he played for Tamworth he was substituted shortly after half time before been sent back to Reading.

IMO that says it all.

IMO If were to get anywhere near the playoffs we definitely need two more wingers

Only if they are proven quality and consistent wingers who just happen to be available on small wages and no transfer fee attached though eh!

the news had me reaching for the smelling salts , are we supposed to happy ? , the lad might be able to play a bit but his track record looks well iffy - a sign of things to come , "To the 3rd , to the 3rd , we're saying hello to the 3rd and .................................." - anyone else remember that song that went on and on and on ?
