There was POTD so I'd say it wasn't a sell out but certainly a very good turn out.

George stayed overnight in Stafford, on his way to Wigan, so I too will be following his road to Wigan, although I'll give the pier a miss.

Shorter would be M62-M60-M61-Jct [email protected] Hindley go onto A577. About 55 miles and one and a half hours.

M62-M60-M6 is less time but about 15 miles further over the return journey and there is more chance of a motorway bump.

M65 means driving through Colne which is a bit of a drag.

The M56 goes from near Stockport to Chester so avoid!!!!

Ha ha number dyslexic perhaps. School boy error considering my eldest is at university in Preston. All the same, m65 is a hell of a long way to get to Wigan as it basically follows the Leeds Liverpool canal

Yes the gang will be making 5 in, we enjoyed the day in the 2015/16 season apart from Vuckic's winner, and the never to be forgotten Billy Clarke's embarrassing sitter that he missed .

So actually at the University of Central Lancashire, which in reality is fairly far west in Lancashire and not in Blackburn, which Geographically would have been more central on an East/West basis.

It all gets very very confusing.;)

Saturdays match official at Wigan David Webb, same referee who gave that soft penalty at Bury the other week.
